    Hey Hutch,

    Hope this explains it.

Here are instructions on how to include a hot link in re-seed request:

    1. Open the file being requested.

    2. You will be directed to the Download screen. Copy the link in the Address Bar at the top of the page, it should look something like: . (or sometimes it has the post title in front of the alphanumeric string (see Re-seeds for Red Hot Chili Peppers for an example).

    3. Paste the link in the Re-seed forum comment box along with your request.

    4. Click the red “Post Comment” box. The link will become hot as the request is posted.

16-19 up and running now. FYI, it is easier for us if you can provide hot links with your requests. If you are unsure how to do that, let me know.

          Hey there DeadNZ,

I’m not seeing any action on 32 and 33. If you still need them, you might try deleting the torrent file from your client and then loading it again. Take care.

          1. DeadNZ

Yeah Camphor, just wondered about that, as there was nothing going. So I did that and deleted all the torrents and downloaded them again. But there seem to be no peers for 23, 32,33 and 36.

FWIW, I tested with 32 & 33 and connected & am DLing. I just dropped into the middle of this conversation so I don’t know if this info is helpful. I stopped my DL after testing.

                  1. DeadNZ

Hm… i just tried again – fresh start and dl the torrent, but again no peers showing…. maybe I’m blacklisted or something… or its new zealand. My torrent prg is working, downloading other stuff works fine…..

              1. DeadNZ

G’day Camphor, no, unfortunately I can’t dl them. I downloaded the Torrent again and started fresh, but to no avail. Bloody Gremlins πŸ˜‰

Man, I’m sorry DNZ. I’m pretty sure you’ve already thought of this, but are you picking just the bold red [24-44] (i.e., not the long string that starts with “Dick’s Picks Vol.”) in the Dick’s listing?

                  1. DeadNZ

Yep, I did that. Got 23, 32, 33 and 36 on the torrent client. But still no peers showing. That is weird. I might have to let this go for now and try another time.
                    Thanks Camphor & Ozi

Got it. Thanks a million for this awesome work. Quite an amazing raft of transfers this last couple weeks. Appreciate all you do for everyone.

If it’s possible, I’d love to get the Dick’s Picks “Chunky Style”.

“If you want all Dick’s then you can DL them in 4 chunks:

    Dicks part1

    Dicks part2

    Dicks part3

    Dicks part4”

No problem if it is too big of an ask. Bless you for all you do for us. Deeply appreciated.

I made the chuncs for someone one night when I was in a hurry. I can’t reseed them now. I apologize for both. I will remove those links, it’s going to be a while before I can mount Win disks again.

If you do it the standard way you be sure to get properly named folders.

    Dick’s Picks Volumes 15 thru 25 [24-44] HDCD
    * Started with Englishtown as that’s when Dick and Co. kicked in HDCD releases.
    All are reconstructed where applicable.

    Thanks so much for these!!
I’m hung up (not quite finished) with #12 & #16 if anyone could help…close but no cigar on those two πŸ™‚

I had to make new torrent files, md5s, and a few of the releases got repacked, like from scratch, so I don’t think you’ll be able to connect to those as a seeded. Also, all of the main folder names have changed, and some old files (that were included in the original torrents) were removed, like .ini, .thumbs, etc.

  6. SkyWithFlame

I just hooked up the HD with all of these.

If anyone needs some, open a torrent and I’ll check every once in a while.

The same goes for all the other series and movies posted. Now that the drive is up, let’s go for it!

(do people still say “Go for it”? or am I getting old?)

    Thanks Rm204. Waiting on 2 that I can’t believe I can’t see on my drives. πŸ™
Also, love that sweet PC monitor Dick is working with…

I really hope that one of the ones that you’re missing isn’t #21 (September 2, 1980) because that is the only one I can’t find.

        1. room204 Post author

Just coming here to say that, and once I started looking for the correct date for #21, found it no problem. So, alarm is off. I have all of the Dick’s Picks accounted for.

          1. room204 Post author

Or so I thought. I do not have the hidden tracks from #29. I have them in mp3, which I am including, but not FLAC. I guess they really are hidden!

I used Macs from 91-2005 for the graphics programs available, Photoshop in particular before Adobe ported to the other side, and 3-D ray tracing programs, and GIS programs, and on and on) That model is close to the Power Mac model 6100 that went to market in ’96 I think. And its whopping 13-inch screen. And yeah, Macs are PCs too. Good catch BTJ. I still use a late model Power Mac that’s sitting on my desk. The wind tunnel model that also boots early OSX.
